About
Shortly after moving to Southwest Florida in 2009, I became a realtor and joined RE/MAX of the Islands. After many successful years with RE/MAX, my mentor Sarah Ashton (now my business partner) and I opened our own Keller Williams office.
Why move to Keller Williams? The short answer is that Keller Williams has a business model that in many ways mirrors the way we do business and they back their business model with some of the best agent training, technology, and property marketing programs in the industry. What this means to you is that Sarah and I will:
Continue to be up-to-dated on the regulatory changes and trends in the real estate market.
Have access to technology which means that all the little things that have to be done to buy, list, sell, and close on a property can be done seamlessly, even when everyone is hundreds of miles apart.
Have access to more ways to market properties that better target buyers of luxury and second home properties.
Prior to obtaining my real estate license, I enlisted into the Army National Guard at the age of 17. While serving my country for 6 years, I attended Vincennes University and The Art Institute of Indianapolis. During this time, I began a career at the U.S. Postal service, where I gave 19 years of service before retiring to focus on my real estate career.
I have been the recipient of the International Rising Star, RE/MAX 100%, and Executive Club Awards multiple times. Additional awards include top listing and selling agent on numerous occasions.
Working mainly by referrals, I am able to focus the majority of my time and energy on my clients. As an active realtor, I am always improving my skills and service levels through education.
