About
I moved to Sanibel Island in 2001, from Newton, MA, and started selling island Real Estate in 2003. After many successful years, I joined forces with a dynamic Realtor, Chris Kirchner, to form the Ashton Kirchner Group and we opened our own Keller Williams office.
Why Keller Williams? The short answer is that Keller Williams has a business model that in many ways mirrors the way we do business and they back their business model with some of the best agent training, technology, and property marketing programs in the industry. What this means to you is that we will:
Continue to be up-to-date on the regulatory changes and trends in the real estate market. Have access to technology which means that all the little things that have to be done to buy, list, sell, and close on a property can be done seamlessly, even when everyone is hundreds of miles apart. Have access to more ways to market properties that better target buyers of luxury and second home properties.
Prior to moving to Sanibel, I had a successful career in Financial Services having worked for E.F. Hutton, Shearson Lehman Brothers, Brown Brothers Harriman & Co., and Fidelity Investments. I have my BA from Drew University in Madison, NJ and my MBA from Northeastern University in Boston, MA.
In addition to being an active Realtor, I have been on the Board of Directors for the Sanibel Captiva Chamber of Commerce and served as the President and I am currently on the Board for the Ding Darling Wildlife Society serving as Board President. When not in the office I can usually be found on the tennis court or on my bike!
Chris and I work by referral and truly appreciate the confidence our clients place in us to serve them fully as their trusted Real Estate Partner.
